Return conditions:
Online shopping orders have a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products in the original packaging, and the product packaging must also be in its original condition. Once the return has been processed and approved, we will refund the money or send you the replacement products you requested.
We don't need your bank account number, we make the refund through the service of our payment intermediary.
We can charge the consumer a fee for the exchange or return.
