2G11 Plug-in lamps – Compact fluorescent lamps for office and public lighting

2G11 is a 4-pin socket widely used in ceiling lights in offices, public buildings, schools, hotel lobbies and retail spaces. The socket is long and narrow, allowing efficient compact fluorescent lamps to be fitted into slim recessed luminaires.

This category includes traditional 2G11 compact fluorescent lamps with wattages of 18–80 W. Our range covers most color temperatures: warm white 2700 K, neutral white 3000 K, daylight white 4000 K and daylight 6500 K.

What 2G11 socket lamps are available in our range?

The range includes Osram Dulux L and Lumilux series compact fluorescent lamps with lengths of 221–565 mm and luminous fluxes of 1,175–6,000 lumens. All lamps operate with electronic ballast (HF) or magnetic ballast – check the ballast of your luminaire before ordering, as it will affect the selection of the appropriate lamp.

How do I choose the right 2G11 lamp?

Check the wattage (18 W, 24 W, 36 W, 40 W, 55 W or 80 W) and color temperature marked on the side of the old lamp. This information can also be found in the lamp's maintenance instructions or on the type plate. We recommend a color temperature of 4000 K (daylight white) for office use and 3000 K (neutral white) for lounge or lobby areas.
