When you want to replace a fluorescent tube (T8) with an LED tube due to better light quality or operating environment, for example a cold room, and a long operating time, an LED tube is the choice. LED tubes are suitable for replacing fluorescent tubes of similar length as is, only the standard igniter must be replaced with the LED igniter included in the package. The 59 cm tube is not suitable for two-lamp luminaires where the lamps have a common ballast. LED tubes are suitable for luminaires equipped with traditional magnetic ballasts and for direct connection.
