The Osram Smart+ Wifi Brick Wall Wide UpDown is a wider LED smart wall light for outdoor use, with light directed both upwards and downwards. The light is controlled directly via WiFi with the Osram SMART+ app or voice control — no separate bridge or hub is needed. In addition to warm white (3000 K), the RGBW technology produces approximately 16 million color shades, and the light is dimmable.
For outdoor use (IP44). 230 V mains voltage. WiFi network and SMART+ app (Android 8.0 or iOS 14.0 or newer) are required for control.

Compatibility and installation
WiFi control — no separate bridge
The light connects directly to your home's WiFi network, so no separate bridge device or hub is needed. Control is done with the Osram SMART+ app, which requires a smartphone or tablet (at least Android 8.0 or iOS 14.0). The app allows you to adjust color, brightness, and timings.
Voice control
The light supports Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa voice control. Voice control requires a compatible smart speaker or smart home system.
RGBW — colors and white light
RGBW combines red, green, and blue LEDs with a separate white LED. In practice, this means that the light produces both high-quality warm white general lighting (3000 K) and approximately 16 million color shades for mood lighting.
Wide model
The Wide model is wider (75 × 145 mm) than the basic Brick Wall model, so its light distribution covers a larger area of the wall surface. This model is well suited for illuminating wider facades and entrances.
IP44 — where the light is suitable
IP44 protection is splash-proof and suitable for covered and protected outdoor walls, such as facades, terraces, balconies, and entrances. The light is not intended for continuous direct water spray.
Installation checklist

- Download the Osram SMART+ app and connect the light to the WiFi network
