The Thorgeon LED bulb G45 is a small globe-shaped LED bulb for an E27 base. With a power of 1 W, the bulb produces 58 lm of cool white (6500 K) light — suitable especially for indicator lighting, decorative lighting, or other purposes where only a small amount of light is needed for long-term use. An IP45 rating makes the bulb also suitable for use in damp spaces.

Compatibility and use
Low power — for special use
1 W power is very low — equivalent to approximately a 10 W incandescent bulb. This is not a bulb intended for general lighting, but specifically for:
- Indicators and signal lights: night markers, emergency lights, cue lights
- Decorative lighting: small decorative fixtures that need a little light for long periods
- Night lights: hallways, children's rooms — a little light in the dark
- Display case lighting: when strong light is not desired, just enough to make the object visible
- Small furniture lighting: where the bulb must be visible without glare
6500 K — cool daylight
6500 K is a cool, daylight-like light that is suitable for:
- Indicator use (more visible in the dark)
- Scientific or technical applications where color accuracy is important
- Color inspection (e.g., checking fabrics and paints)
Not suitable for ambient lighting — cool light feels uncomfortable in a home environment. For living rooms and bedrooms, choose 2700 K or 3000 K.
IP45 — damp spaces
IP45 = protected against small objects Ø > 1 mm and water jets from all directions. This is slightly better protection than IP44 — suitable for, e.g.:
- Bathrooms (zones 2 and 3)
- Sauna changing rooms (only the cooler part, not the sauna room itself)
