This ITT heat lamp is the lowest wattage in the series: 500 watts of heat radiation for targeted heating, not for lighting. It is suitable for applications requiring more moderate heat output than large industrial models. The lamp is a double-ended R7s tube with an overall length of 256.1 mm and a diameter of 10 mm, and it is dimmable.

Compatibility and installation
The lamp is installed in R7s holders as a double-ended tube. Before ordering, please check that the distance between your fixture holders matches the total lamp length of 256.1 mm — R7s lamps of different lengths are not interchangeable. The lamp is dimmable, allowing the heat output to be adjusted with a suitable controller.
This is a heat lamp: it is intended for heating and is not used for general lighting. There is no equivalent LED replacement, as the output is based on heat radiation. Do not touch the lamp glass with bare fingers, and allow the lamp to cool down completely before handling.

Installation checklist:
- Measure the distance between the fixture holders and ensure that the 256.1 mm lamp fits.
- Ensure that the fixture is rated for a 500 W heat load.
- Switch off the power and allow the old lamp to cool completely before replacing.
- Insert the lamp into the holders without touching the glass; use a cloth or gloves.
