Lamp adapter, which allows the base of a light source to be changed to fit the luminaire's existing lamp holder.
The input voltage must be the same nominal voltage as the lamp.
Warning: Disconnect the power before installation. First screw the lamp into the adapter, and then screw the adapter into the lamp holder.
