The Sylvania Superia Retro is a premium LED lamp with a GU10 base. With a power of 4.7 W, the lamp produces 550–620 lm of light, replacing a traditional 60 W halogen lamp. Its CRI 90 color rendering provides natural light, and its 15,000-hour lifespan ensures long durability. Not dimmable — do not connect to a dimmer. A beam angle of 36° makes this an excellent choice for accent lighting.

Compatibility and installation
Premium quality — CRI 90
The Sylvania Superia Retro series belongs to Sylvania's premium collection. A CRI of 90 is significantly better than the basic series' CRI of 80 — colors are rendered more naturally, and especially red and skin tones appear more pleasant. This is well-suited for retail, exhibition, and home use where color accuracy is important.
Long lifespan — 15,000 hours
A 15,000-hour lifespan is clearly longer than Sylvania's basic series (15,000 h). This means less frequent replacement needs and lower maintenance costs — especially in locations where changing lamps is difficult. The manufacturer provides a 5-year warranty.
Direct replacement for 60W halogen
The dimensions (Ø 50 × 54 mm) and base (GU10) are standard for halogen, so the lamp fits directly into the old halogen socket without modifications.
Beam angle 36° — spotlight
36° is a typical GU10 spotlight angle. Suitable, for example, for lighting artworks, shelves, or work surfaces. If you need wider general lighting, choose a lamp with a 110° beam angle (e.g., RefLED ES50 6.2W).
No dimming
Do not connect to a dimmer — this is a non-dimmable model. If you need dimming, choose a product from Sylvania's DIM series.
Color temperature selection
- 2700K (warm): very warm white — incandescent-like atmosphere
- 3000K (warm white): cozy and relaxing
- 4000K (neutral white): clear and supportive for work
