The Airam Top Mirror DIM is a top mirror LED bulb manufactured by the Finnish company Airam, featuring a silvered mirror surface at its top. This prevents glare when the bulb is visible in open luminaires and directs light downwards or sideways for indirect reflection. This Airam Top Mirror bulb is a standard E27 bulb that connects directly to the household 230V mains voltage. Installation is simple — screw the bulb into the luminaire holder and turn on the power.
What is a top mirror bulb?
A top mirror bulb has a silvered (mirrored) surface at its top. This has two important effects:
- Glare prevention: when the bulb is visible in an open luminaire, direct light does not directly hit the viewer's eyes
- Indirect lighting: light reflects from the top of the luminaire downwards or sideways, making the lighting softer and more even
The result is premium decorative lighting that is both atmospheric and glare-free — especially good in low spaces where the bulb is at eye level or above.

Dimmable with LED dimmers

Installation checklist

- Check that the bulb dimensions (Ø60 × 108 mm) fit the luminaire

- Orient the bulb so that the silvered top is facing upwards (if the luminaire structure allows)
