Return Policy

14-Day Return Policy: All online orders are eligible for a 14-day return or exchange policy in accordance with Finnish consumer protection law. This policy applies only to unused and resalable products in their original packaging. The product packaging must also be in its original condition. Once your return has been processed and approved, we will either refund your money or send you a replacement product.

Shipping Costs: Please note that we do not refund original shipping costs.

Payment: You do not need to provide your bank account number. We will process the refund through our payment service provider.

Return Shipping: If you choose to return your order, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
